I post craigslist ads in cities where my dear friends live asking folks if they’d like to do a casserole exchange. I’ll make dinner for their loved one in the LA area if they make dinner for my loved one who lives near them. So far it’s been a really fun project and a great opportunity for me to think creatively about gender, labor and systems of exchange.
